Shipping Costs within the Netherlands
For the utmost convenience, here are our shipping details:
- Shipping Costs: €6.95 (including VAT)
- Enjoy Free Shipping: Orders above €50 qualify for complimentary shipping.
Shipping Costs outside the Netherlands
For our international customers, we offer:
- Shipping Costs: €9.95 (including VAT)

You won't have to wait long for your order. Expect your package to arrive within 2 to 3 working days.
Hassle-Free Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return your order, here's what you need to know:
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, no questions asked.
- Following cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
- We'll refund your entire order amount, including the shipping costs.
- Please note that the return shipping costs are your responsibility. You can check your carrier's website for precise rates.

- For a smooth refund process, please return the product, along with all accessories, in its original condition and packaging.
- Games must be returned unopened and in their original condition. This means the game should be in its original sealed packaging and should not have been opened or played.
- Once we receive the return in good order, we'll process your refund within 14 days.
